I'm Suzie Cuthbertson
I work with leaders worldwide to help them become their best selves. My mission is to help support people to live an extraordinary, free life so that they can contribute more.
5 years ago I was lost, disconnected and had forgotten who I was. I was a high-performing leader in the corporate world, working long hours, and making my way up the career ladder at lightning speed.
With the continuous pressure from my roles (and myself!) and never-ending high expectations, along with a drive to constantly achieve all, everything became exhausting and I paid a heavy price.
I crashed and burned.
My health had deteriorated and my body shut down from all the stress and anxiety it had suffered. I was emotionally bankrupt and I'd hit rock bottom.
I was done.
Done with the exhaustion, fear, self-doubt, people-pleasing, not feeling good enough.
I hired a coach and the results were transformative. She helped me to see the light, form a vision, and remember the confident version of myself. I said goodbye to fear and decided to say no to living by someone else's values, and yes to living by my own ones.
I quit the job, travelled the world and chose to open my heart and find my way. Soon after, my coaching business was born.
I am now an IAPC&M Master Accredited Coach, NLP and EFT practitioner and hold a certified diploma in energy work. Due to a lifelong obsession with human behaviour and workplace psychology I also was awarded chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Personal Development.
In addition to teaching, I have been coaching for over two decades and have built a six-figure business doing so.
I did all this while suffering from PTSD, trauma and having a baby!
It all comes down to finding the right support so that you can take aligned action.

I'm Victoria Morley
I am obsessed with helping women in business to re-programme their belief systems so they can fulfill their potential and build a life and business they love. My mission is to create a ripple effect so great, that my work touches millions of people worldwide.
I worked in corporate for years earning a 6-figure salary.
Everything looked amazing on paper, but in reality things were a different story. They called me successful, driven, outgoing, confident, ambitious. I had everything I was supposed to want. However, behind the scenes I literally had to DRAG myself out of bed. I barely took any time off as I was always hustling to hit the next target, and in 2020 during the first lockdown, I knew things had to change.
Suddenly I was no longer travelling for meetings, planning holidays or nights out. And as the distractions disappeared from my well-built life...
the cracks began to show.
It wasn’t easy - there was uncomfortable and messy self-enquiry and reflection, but fast forward to 2022 and I'm a new woman, feeling wildly fulfilled and living in alignment with her purpose.
I trained as an NLP Master Practitioner, an IAPC&M Accredited Practitioner Coach and earned a Master Diploma in Spiritual Life Coaching and Energy Psychology. Right now I'm also studying to have a Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing!
I became a first-time Mummy to my gorgeous daughter Harper in February 2022 whilst building my own business...

And this is the story of
How we met...
Suzie was introduced to Victoria via an old mentor back in 2020, when she was 10 weeks pregnant and was seeking support for her new coaching business. They quickly realised that there were lots of synchronicities between the two of them and felt very much in alignment with each other. Both had corporate backgrounds, were trained coaches, and shared values around freedom, balance etc. Before they’d even met Victoria had already named her unborn baby Harper - the same name as Suzie’s son!
Fast forward to a few months later after Victoria’s daughter was born, they realised that they were both working with women in similar ways, supporting them with similar challenges. These challenges were around hiding… they had a shared
realisation that women just weren’t illuminating themselves! This was a real lightbulb moment for the two of them, and so the conversations started around creating a brand new, innovative coaching framework that not only helps people with a journey of transformation and self-discovery, but also helps them to become accredited coaches. Suzie had been dreaming of starting something like this for a couple of years and had started to put the wheels in motion, and once Victoria came onto the scene, everything slotted into place and opened up for them.
This is how Illumina was born. Out of identifying a need for helping women to illuminate themselves and in turn, illuminate others.

And we also know what it’s like to turn things around and go after your dreams, despite the fear, and create a world of success, on your terms!
Their biggest mission of all is to cause a ripple effect on the globe by helping women who then go on to help other women, and so on. This is how Illumina was born. Out of identifying a need for helping women to illuminate themselves and in turn, illuminate others.
Illuminate is all about allowing yourself to shine, loud and proud. Together, Suzie and Victoria identified a hiding epidemic amongst women, and they’re here to change that. They created Illumina to help people to live extraordinary lives, and to be able to go on a journey of self-discovery so that they can become more conscious. By being more conscious you’re able to change yourself, the people you go on to work with, AND generations to come.
